Order Processing

All orders are fulfilled on demand through our production partner, Printful.
Once you place an order, it will typically take 2–5 business days for your items to be printed, packed, and prepared for shipment.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and another with tracking information once it ships.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the item ordered. Typical delivery estimates are:

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the product type.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties once your package reaches your destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.


Wrong Address / Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If an incorrect address was provided and the package is returned to Printful, we can reship it at your expense.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns for defective or misprinted items.
If your order arrives damaged or with a print error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with photos of the issue.
We’ll work with Printful to replace or refund your item.
